Unable to recover old Player account

I decided to start playing SWGOH again after a long hiatus. I charged up my old android tablet and started the game up, but after many updates, it forced me to create a new SWGOH account.

I have tried for the past 11 hours to get help through EA Help, chatted with 4 chat agents, and no one seems to know how to fix this issue. I've researched on many forums, and it doesn't seems to be a difficult or uncommon problem. I know my player name, player ID, Ally code, guild name, email address, all of it. I can even see achievements through the EA website when logged in.

The old tablet is slow as heck, so I would like to play on the PC EA App, which I can sign into, but it shows the same level 2 that's now on the tablet.

Please advise on how I can restore my old account with all its purchases. I can still see my old account when I do a search with the new account. I can provide whatever information is necessary, but did not want to provide it on this public message.
