Mod Purchase missing a speed secondary.

I purchased 2 packs of speed mods and received them but Circle Protection mods received did not have a speed secondary. I don't know if that is an error and if it is I would like it corrected. If it's not an error what's the point in selling a mod for real world cash without a speed secondary. My ally code is 846-872-441, please look into this for me.
