Mods Not Accessible (disappeared)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I can no longer access my mods. The battles and mod management are both locked and say that I need to be level 50. I'm level 85 and have a GP of over 5M and have been playing since December 2015.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure....I have screenshots, though.

Update: my game crashed and reset itself. Once the game reinitialized everything was back to normal. In addition to mods, the shard shop and ships were not available.
