@AbC5534a3858131 If you entered a random date of birth and as a result are playing on an underage account then there is still no way to age it up till such time that the account comes of age. 

There are new features being built into the chat functions on SWGOH and guilds will find the in-game chat more appealing.  Unfortunately underage accounts do not have access to the chat features and will now potentially be left out of guild planning/communications.  So, while the main issue, until now, for players who were on an underage account by accident was that they couldn't change their name (the Mol Eliza syndrome) and therefore annoyed their guildmates since they couldn't change their name, now have the chat issue.

Can I make an official request to have an option added to EA support to modify a SWGOH account to change an underage account to a regular account.  It could require proof of age be provided, but this needs to be added now that it has more impact.

I am totally behind you on the request. I am 30 years old and still can't use all the great (from what I hear) functionality of the game. I DLed the game for a 4 year old to play before I even knew what it was and either he clicked through the setup or I just can't remember entering a DOB, but that carelessness is plaguing me still. I had no idea I would love the game so much until I was too vested to start over for the extra guild features. Thanks - Marty
