Morgan Elsbeth Health Down

Hi, we discovered that Morgan Elsbeth’s health down that should apply when she is defeated, as her unique describes, should inflict health down, which can’t be evaded, resisted, or dispelled. Well it shows up with the lock icon, but it seems to be dispelable. Not only does it work this way in game, but the datamined info on SWGoH,gg says it has the “clearable_debuff” tag which is the issue. I sense signs that in the early phases of design the health down was dispellable.

Also, not sure what happened but it’s not asking for that list of stuff like a big report typically has. Did a bunch of refreshes and such and nothing fixed it.
