JK Cal Kestis Omicron. I had activated an omicron a month ago and yet it's still does not working or even showing up as activated on TW. Please check the issue. (I play on Android)

Well, it's better to waste 1 omicron than 3 I guess.
Depending on which omi, it may not be a waste. To unlock Zeffo, you're going to need one of his omis - Impetuous Assault.
