Scrolling with a mouse has become extremely slow since the latest update.

This did help a little, but definitely doesn't seem to have fixed it.

Sooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Go into graphic settings and turn on V-Sync, it will fix the scrolling and any FPS issues you had after the update.
