Moving Game Data from Android to iPhone

I'm having trouble with moving my game data from Android to iPhone. I already turned in my android and all my family and friends use iPhones, so I can't just log in on their android and download the game to see the ally code. I've made purchases on the account and I have the email I used to create the account through Google Play. Is there a way I can get it switched? I made a ticket but its' been 9 days with no response.

Yes this can be done by calling EA customer support. I have not done it myself but many others have takes some time but is possible. Go in game and contact support them as for a call back. They will work you through the process. Takes a few steps but you can do it.

I just linked my IOS device with my Android device. Either try calling or use the chat service, I got it done same day in around 20 minutes using the chat feature. Be ready to provide proof of past in-game purchases.
