Multiple LSBs purchased and not received

I purchased multiple LSBs that I have not received and I cannot reach any help through the in game help. It is locked in old tickets and no one is responding. It has been multiple days not having received the first one. I have ensured all payments have fully processed as well as attempted to restore purchases through the app. I have no way to contact in-game help at this rate and would just like to receive what i paid for. I even tried to use another device to submit to use the help feature but the result was the same.
