Multiple web store purchases not received

Purchased 3 items in the web store on the 16th. The thread has been updated to saying that the missing items have been distributed but I only received 1 of the 3 orders. I have an in game ticker open...

I found the my cases tab but it says that I do not have any cases with them.

@Cathendral Looks like you used a different EA Account to contact EA Help.

I was able to get a case number. Case#166926856
Apparently my purchase only shows that it was made on the 18th and I need to wait 48 hours.
Any help in expediting this would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you, I recieved an email shortly after your post that was very promising but unfortunately I have not recieved anything since that 1 email.
