Multiple web store purchases not received

Purchased 3 items in the web store on the 16th. The thread has been updated to saying that the missing items have been distributed but I only received 1 of the 3 orders. I have an in game ticker open...

I reviewed it 3 times and sent probably 4 emails since but it doesn't update to in progress
