My account has been overwritten to another one

Yep this happened to me. I put the game on my old slow pc to do my dailys...but that doesn't help me collect energy at work or when I'm out of town. But my phone still takes me to the guest account.

Yep. Exactly the same.  I now only have access to a lvl 3 account and no way to access my main account.   Amazing.  Why doesn't CG bring the entire game down and fix this **bleep**?  Everyone else is massively benefiting while a large percent of the player base is not even able to login

I wrote several messages to technical support, but no one answered me. It feels like no one cares about my problem.

Same problem here... logged in everyday for 9 years, 13million account. I followed the steps to recover after this login issue bug, now I'm connected to a brand new account. This needs priority fix. I don't want to mention how much money I have invested in this account, but be assured it's a alot.
