My account has been overwritten to another one

Yesterday I couldn't log in to my account and was looking for a way to fix it. I was advised to go into the settings and import my account. When I did this, I now have another account linked instead ...

Yep. Exactly the same.  I now only have access to a lvl 3 account and no way to access my main account.   Amazing.  Why doesn't CG bring the entire game down and fix this **bleep**?  Everyone else is massively benefiting while a large percent of the player base is not even able to login
