    @GladOS-013 is correct. I also checked your account and can confirm that you completed Tier 3 of the event first, then Tier 2 and you completed Tier 1 last.
    Hope this helps clarify the confusion.

@JHunnewell Based on these screenshots, it looks like you already completed tier 3. The event shows up as green because you have the option to pay crystals and play it again - but you need to pay crystals.
