Purchased Starkiller Bundle and got crystals instead.

I purchased the starkiller light speed bundle on the PC client tonight and I received crystals instead of my bundle. I have attached screenshots of my order confirmation as well as the inbox message. My ally code is 558-189-484 and my order number was 1005277172308 . Thanks for your assistance.
