Naboo Gungans.

Why is it that every time i battle Naboo with Gungans. They do damage to Boomadier with the sheild generator active. They take him out and the sheild generator still has 12 to 16 stacks left. It doesnt matter what tier level it is. I thought they couldnt take damage as long as the sheild generator is up.
