Experiencing the same issue. Just as above, first time after defeating wave 1 it was a cutscene with Naboo starfighters destroying the Sep. control ship. On second try merely a victory scene. Could never go further than wave 1.
Team used: Nute lead, Darth Sidius, Darth Maul, B2, Droideka.
