This exact thing happened to me with the raddus LSB except mine is still pending. Im STILL waiting on support. In game support directed me to the ea help support tickets so maybe submitting there can help you.

  I had the same thing happen. Posted here. My purchase does not show pending however. Shows failed now like you both said and I still can't get the bundle.
