Need help because bad batch lightspeedbundle wasn‘t awarded

I bought the bad batch lightspeedbundle in the webstore, however it said there was a problem with the transaction and they awarded me crystals instead. Who can i contact so i can get a solution? Paypal already confirmed the purchase.
