Need Help Restoring Missing Mods (Not Sold)
The Preface: I reached out here on these forums over 3 weeks ago about this same issue and was responded to by EA Gunner that I should reach out to in game help and ask them to restore my missing mods. I have done so 4 times and they have attempted to restore them twice (2 times not even attempting to help me) I am not surprised that they cannot restore mods that weren’t sold despite me explaining this to them over and over and over again. I am desperate to get these mods back as they were some of my best mods and cannot get any help from in game EA Help.
The Problem: 3 Weeks ago on Saturday August 9th at approximately 11:50 central time I was swapping mod sets via loadout. I was swapping back and forth between different partial sets and reverting some mods back as I was crafting a new mod set to raid with. During this time, there was a glitch and all of a sudden it could not find 4 of my best mods. I never sold them or ever even entered a screen to sell them, just swapping loadouts. When I tried to equip the loadout with the missing mods, I got an error message and forced me to restart the game. Unfortunately I did not screen capture this message and closed it for restart without thinking. When I got back into the game all the mods were missing from my mod loadout now like they didn’t exist and were no where to be found. I screen shotted the missing mods in my mod set and immediately went to swgoh.gg to screen shot the missing mods on my character before they disappeared forever after updating. I have these SS attached here for reference. Immediately started the process reaching out on these forums and in game help to no avail.
The Plea: Please can you help me restore these mods without involving in game help. I cannot take a 5th attempt waiting days for unhelpful responses and no resolution, closing my case without any help or discussion. I have spent a lot of money on this, much of which is resources used to develop 20+ speed mods like these that have gone missing with a game glitch. Please help.
