Need help to get the Bad Batch LSB.

Every attempt, 4 so far today, ends with R2-D2 message,"Oops, something went wrong" any help would be very much appreciated as I very much would like this purchase to go through. I really want it through the webstore for the coaxium, but it is not working on either that or the in game store. Thank you!
