Never got - Poe/Stormtrooper/Capt. Phasma/Resistance Trooper. What gives?

I have this game on my iPad and Samsung s6, and I never got the free characters for either of them. IOS was supposed to get Poe and the First Order Stormtrooper, and Android was supposed to get Capta...

I never got captain Phasma or the resistance trooper either, I didn't even know they were supposed to be given away. I have Poe and a storm trooper though.

Did you have to get to a certain level or something to get Poe and the Stormtrooper? I just don't know what I'm missing, and no one from EA will answer any of my questions. I'm already over level 30 on both my devices, and nothing. I did see this $120 card pack that had Finn and Kylo Ren, plus 2 of the missing characters, but that's it. This is just so annoying, I downloaded the games because of the free characters, and didn't get any.

  I am level 45 right now almost 46. I wouldn't think this is a reach a certain level thing. If we did get captain phasma that would be sweet and such a disadvantage if everyone is supposed to get him for free, but only some did. I would imagine you are supposed to get them immediately, which was the case for most of my heroes.

    In the App Store it says you get Poe and the stormtrooper after you complete the tutorial, and to find it in the shop. Well I would assume at level 39 should have finished the tutorial quite a while ago...still nothing. I'm assuming it was the same thing for andoid with Captain Phasma and the resistance trooper.
