Never got - Poe/Stormtrooper/Capt. Phasma/Resistance Trooper. What gives?

I have this game on my iPad and Samsung s6, and I never got the free characters for either of them. IOS was supposed to get Poe and the First Order Stormtrooper, and Android was supposed to get Capta...

This fixed for you now? I started it yesterday and was supposed to receive Captain Phasma. Still no idea where she is.

Edit: Using a Galaxy S5 if that helps.
