Never got - Poe/Stormtrooper/Capt. Phasma/Resistance Trooper. What gives?

I have this game on my iPad and Samsung s6, and I never got the free characters for either of them. IOS was supposed to get Poe and the First Order Stormtrooper, and Android was supposed to get Capta...

Same or similar problem. I'm playing on Android and the Play store says I should receive Phasma for logging in anytime this month: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.game.starwarscapital_row (Under the "What's New" heading.)
