I had the following negative rank message on May 3rd. Instead of Kyber 5 rewards, I received rewards from Chromium 2.
I did NOT receive any additional compensation, not on May 19, not ever. I have been unsuccessful in getting in-game support.
"Congratulations! You finished the season ranked #-1,632 in Aurodium 2, and you'll start next season in Kyber 5".
