On Nov 16 I purchased a bundle called GALACTIC CARGO 4. I never received the rewards.
It popped up and looked like a great deal -- I double checked that it didn't mention "you'll only get one of these things" and it didn't. After I completed the purchase, there was no pop up window with my rewards, and I did not see the items I bought in my resources.
I clicked "restore purchases", restarted my device, waited 24 hours, checked status pages -- no luck.
I attempted to file a support request which included my google play order number and paypal transaction id, but got caught up for days in immediately-closed tickets that couldn't be reopened, bounced emails, webpage redirect loops, impossible instructions, buttons that failed silently, and even satisfaction surveys that didn't work right. I honestly can't express how exasperating the experience has been, and I speak as a web developer. Throughout all that, I don't think a single human ever saw my complaint.
Hours after my initial purchase I got a pop up for the same items and the same price, but it DID say that you only get one of the items and it was listed under a different name -- Jawa something bundle... Maybe the initial bundle was shut down in the time that it took for me to click on it and pay for it?
Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You are my only hope ... of ever getting either the originally promised items or a refund.
