Experienced the exact same thing this morning. Tried buying the bundle on PC Client, got Error Code 9, restarted and tried buying one more time, same error loop. Didn't get items from either purchase attempt.
Decided to leave it and try it on my phone when I got to work, was able to successfully purchase one bundle on my phone, but then I noticed I got charged for the 2 that failed on the PC Client. I have the confirmation emails and am holding off on purchasing anymore until further word.
