Episode pass not working!!!! It’s been 3 weeks!!!

I bought the episode pass then eventually the upgraded pass becusse all my rewards are locked and un claimable, they still are locked, all the event quests are locked, I missed out on both Marquees and the rewards becusse of this. The in game help employees are useless and have done nothing, even though I’ve sent tons of photos showing my issue. It’s been 3 weeks and $60 and I’ve gotten nothing… Embarrassing
