New player experience quests\rewards issue

Both of my accounts received nothing. Here’s my ally codes please check.

why did I get nothing to make up for what was missed? my ally code is 461-695-828 and i got nothing

I recently started a new account about a week ago. Bought the hyperdrive to 85. This was after the new quest put in the game. I did not get the new player rewards for any of the ships or dengar. I did however receive 10k shard currency on my older account (7years old and 7.5 mill GP). Im curious when I'll get them on my new account.

It was said, that when the New Player Experience update came out, players under level 85 at the time of the update, would get ALL of the rewards and quests that new players would get. I was not level 85 at the time of the update and I did not have the hyperdrive bundle. I tried contacting the in-game EA Support but they were not helpful. In the attachments are some proof that I did not get the things I was promised, for example: Anakin's eta-2 starfighter. I'm deeply disappointed by this, because it could've saved me MONTHS of grinding. I hope that this can be resolved soon.

Query: was it intentional older accounts lost the quests that were still open? 

I lost a bunch of quests; ones I know are the raid-related quests.

I did not receive any of the new player experience update rewards for all the characters and ship shards

Yeah I’m in the same boat. I did not get mine either 

I am still missing the message containing the new player experience rewards. Not sure why since I was under level 80 when the update came, though I have since hit 85 so that might be why I was skipped when the fix went out. I have seen others get the rewards, and heard some have gotten both the rewards and the quests so now I am behind those who started after me since they got the free items that I missed. My ally code is 461-695-828. Please help with this since the in game help told me they can't do anything which makes no sense.
