Get a popup that says
“ Hey! Did you know some of the characters you’ve been collecting act as CREW on SHIPS?”
Click and get one pointing to collection
”Click here to go to your inventory”
click and it makes me click on endurance, then makes me click on mace windu and then no new instructions. I can go back to Home Screen and it starts this loop all over. I can not do anything else.

Through a lot of tedious trial and error, I have discovered a "workaround"
You can still access all the menus without going back to the home screen (home screen seems to be causing the bug)
You just have to navigate through heroes to get to where you want to go;
Achievements/Quests? = Characters > Click Darth Vader, Click his Shards, Click 'Available as Achievement Awards'
Shipments? = Characters > Click Kit Fisto, Click his Shards, Above 'Cost 400 Cantina Points' Click 'Go'
Those two ways have allowed me to navigate most of the game, and you can continue on with the Daily/Journey Quests this way and access Light/Dark/Cantina battles allowing you to progress further in the game.
Extremely frustrating but if you're itching to play, this is my workaround at the moment, hopefully they realise what's going on and fix the bug soon but for now this seems to work.
First time playing and have this issue ..... Would be nice for the admins to at least acknowledge there is an issue

There is a tread over in the bug report area, admins asking for ally codes to fix. I would suggest you all go post over there too !!

564-385-434 finally found out how to get to my ally code with this terrible loop. Please finally fix this problem so I can actually play your game!
I got the same problem, I figured out how to still continue playing (really annoying, I go in darth vader for quests, some other characters for the free card thingy etc) I figured out in journey quests hoe to get my ally code, 991-625-348 get rid of this bug it is just annoying, I unlocked Mace windu, without paying, and it still is there I thought it would get it off but nope
