Night sisters fall down visual bug

Its probably well known to everyone, but maybe its just me. Mother Talzin and other sisters sometimes go flat on the floor. But are still playable. Its possible that its something to do with animations when they die and come back. But it happens often and is not really plesant to look at and understand visually. Anybody else experience this? Thank you.
