Every time I go to the web store for the past 2 weeks or so, I click the check box, enter my registered email (registered with EA and the game) and click send code. The problem is I never receive an email with the code to enter the store. It's been 2 weeks now which is incredibly frustrating as there has been a ton of energy I've missed out on! I've reinstalled the game (not sure how that would help but it was suggested), cleared my cache, checked SPAM folders, confirmed my accounts are linked, and double checked my account through EA and there appears to be no problems I can find with my configuration.
I have been able to access the store in the past but something happened in the last 2 weeks that made it impossible for me now. I'm able to get codes to log into this website so I'm confused as to what is causing the problem.

Code delays are not related to the game. They are sent and monitored from EA side. Please try to request a code later or contact EA Help to report a delay.
