No Connect option

I got a new phone and tried to connect my SWGOH account. I accidently entered the wrong year when it asked and I can't connect to my Google play account. I don't have a Facebook so I don't have the a...

    Hi @CrashBoom4, 

    It sounds like your SWGOH account's date of birth is set to something under 18 years old. That's mainly why the Connect button isn't available; you need to be 18 years old in order to see/access EA Connect button, regardless of geo-location.

    If you are 18+ and want to update your DOB, you will need to contact EA Help support and ask for an update. Once they've verified you're over 18, they'll get that sorted for you asap.
