Myself and several others no longer get free daily boxes on the webstore. 

Reason unknown.

    @Auzor_Auzor You're located in Belgium. We removed the free mystery chest in the SWGoH webstore for Belgium players to align with the law/regulation related to loot boxes.
    The bronzium pack is the only exception.

    @Huglarr you must be a belgian player. Belgian players have been banned from all lootboxes as per law

    @Barbarossa5Bronzium data card packs are lootboxes, and they are allowed.
    Also we do not ask for a compensation, we ask for an alternative. Replace the chance packs with a guaranteed informed drop in these packs and it's solved..
    They are showing this can be done with the "Jawa scavenger daily deals" for example, can't be that hard to get belgian players to equal playingfield again.

    Hello,

    For the past week or two all the crystal packs have disappeared from my in game store I don't understand why this happened but I cannot find any. However they are available on the web store with the exception of the exclusive in-game store packs, I was trying to buy the end of season GAC Zeta/Omega pack but never got the pop-up.

    I was wondering if anyone had an idea what would be the reason for this. I was told maybe it is because my account is listed as originating from Belgium however this would be weird as I live in the Netherlands

    Gambling legislation:
    Belgian gambling legislation defines loot boxes as a form of gambling if there is a monetary risk, a chance outcome and a possibility of winning or losing.

    Neither apply, the reasoning and decision is wrong.
    (and chance outcome does not mean there's a difference in the type of energy you get)
