Bought the Inquis LSB twice????

I bought the Inquis LSB via https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/
After that I clicked on the Aphra LSB, since I wanted that one aswell. 

But for some reason the system bought a second Inquis LSB, while it was not visible in the store anymore. So now I got a Inquis LSB and gems worth of a second Inquis LSB purchase.

Had a live chat for a couple of days, where they indeed show that the system bought the inquis LSB twice. 
While on my mail the first one is a Inquis LSB, and the second one has no information only that it costed me that price. 

Now support answers me with:
"We would like to inform you that the purchase is available for a limited period of time. Therefore, it is important to make the purchase within the specified timeframe to ensure you do not miss out.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter."

So please how are we going to fix this?
