No Free Boss Nass shards

i've repeatedly visisted the web store, using the link on the forum announcing the bonus shards, nada. And yes, I'm logged in.   Frustrating: the 2 crystal packs gave me 7 shards each, so now I am a...

    @Auzor_Auzor The free shards offer is avaialble on the webstore. I was able to claim it without any issues.

    @Auzor_Auzor The pack is only available for players at level 85.

      It is dishonest not to mention that whilst offering the packs to sub-85's.  

      In that case, please undo the 2x crystal pack Boss Nass shards purchase on my account (i.e.: -14 shards, + 1299 x 2 ) and asap make a statement announcing this.  

        

      Btw, might I inquire the reason?  

        

      @CG_Tusken_Meathead apologies for tagging, please append the Free Boss Nass shards post with the indication it is for level 85 only.
