No longer receiving in-game purchases
I'm losing the will to live on this one.
I purchase a few things in-game using $$$ on a monthly basis. All was fine up until a few months ago, when I started receiving crystals instead of the items I purchased. If that wasn't bad enough, for the past month, I now receive nothing the first time I purchase something.
It happened first with the Episode Pass - £19.99. I went through the torturous in-game help, and after beating my head against it like a brick wall, they eventually gave me the Pass. I figured it might have fixed things, so a few days later, I purchased the Conquest Pass (for the current cycle, at £9.99). Again, my iPhone displayed the "You're all set the purchase was successful" message, then back to the game, and I get an in-game error that required restarting the game - Error Code 9.0. No surprise to find out that the Conquest Pass wasn't enabled.
Back to In-Game help. Again, sharing the screenshots of everything at least twice, with a new person picking it up and promising to help each time. Then I get a response that they can't find the details, and to contact iTunes/Apple for a refund. I've heard that's frowned upon by the game, so I'm posting here too. I've started a new in-game help chat, but figure the Conquest rewards won't be coming my way.
The experience leaves a very sour taste, to the point where I'm thinking to jack it all in. 13.6 million account.
Not sure if anyone can help, but for those experiencing the same issue, worth watching this thread to see if anything comes of it.
