My account has been accessed by unauthorized user

Hello,

It has been more than a year I have been trying in contact with EA help, but until now the problem hasn't been solved at all.

Someone has access to my account, my account is linked to both my apple and google account which was the same email too (and yes both is secured by 2fa) all the resources has been used everytime I logged in, and sometimes get an error message (screenshot attached), my ea account keep being unlinked every week, I do have some proof of ownership like last purchase receipt before the account has been compromised.

The account progress is 10 years old which now has reached almost 14m GP, im so confused why is this happening.

  • Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're having trouble reaching an advisor. What is happening when you open a case? That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

    Hi,

    I did tried both method from in game and contact us, for like more than a year, I contacted each month, hoping there would someone on ea ends could help me, but still there is no solution to this at all, my last resort was posting on here in the forum hoping that either cg or any real swgoh representative to help.

    How are they not able to help? As long as you can verify ownership of the account, they should be able to assist.

    The problem is that when Im contacted in game they said cannot help and use the "contact us" but when Im contacted through "contact us" they asked me to go via ingame directly, the answers always ending the same and then my ticket get closed immediately (they never asked for proof of ownership or anything), everytime they replied, they replied with a different support agent and they keep asking the same question that I already answered before. I've been battling this situation for more than a year and now I feel hopeless, why can't they just revoke the hacker access like ip address or something, I'm really confused.

    I attached a screenshot to proof that they will never ever can help, contacted through swgoh ingame yesterday, for whatever reason they replied with a representative from EA SPORTS FC Mobile, how?

    See if you can create a case without being logged in. You should be able to submit one as a guest.

    Doesn't matter, they said they weren't able to help because the problem wasn't on ea side but rather onn the game side then the ticket has been closed. There must be a way to revoke hacker access or maybe logout all devices from my account right? I mean why is it so hard to even do that.

    Unfortunately, the best I can advise is contacting an advisor again. We are not able to help with this over the EA Forums.
