    Hi @44th thanks for the report. 

    This does not appear to be the case as we have had reports where feats were completed on the first try where rewards were also not received.

    This has been flagged as a bug to the team.

    For any reports of missing gear from the Galactic Challenges, please reach out to our Support Team who will be able to help you.

Have also experienced the retreating and loss of 1st attempt awards still being available/remaining.  Included screen shot clearly showing Tier VII not completed, zero stars or any feats achieved.  1st attempt rewards no longer available.  : (
