I had the same issue. Case 35782166 was closed saying that i had received my rewards.

  Wow!
  Well, this is NOT acceptable!
  Hell, I'm sitting on 733 guild-event token since 6 days. This is not possible if I had received my reward. My screenshots prove the same.
  How to turn a MOTIVATED and PAYING player into free-to-play who is gives nothing about the game?
  Don't give him the most important reward in the game which is necessary for his progress and call him a liar.
  Any news on this @EA_Grasshopper?
