My support incident was just closed again without a resolution, claiming that this was a known issue with the studio. All I want is my territory battles rewards. Why is this so difficult!!!!!!

I´m chilled now ...

I answer with my wallet. I don´t pay for progress and they reject it from me by not giving me the most important reward in the game.

If it happens again that I don´t get my TB rewards, then I quit. It would be pointless to keep on playing.

I think I was online when TB ended and it asked to restart then I got stiffed. So I'd avoid that if possible.

Again no TB rewards.
I will not wrote another ticket to customer support. They just don't care.
I talked to my guild leader already and I quit after this territory war

I heard they just rolled out a fix for the missing DS TB rewards. Why has nothing been done on our issue from over two weeks ago??

I'm still missing rewards from the last LS TB!!

This is rich. I just emailed support asking for an update and he threatened to take action against my account. Way to threat your customers EA. I'll never play another EA game.
