No territory battles rewards

I see that this is a different story then all along. I pass your case on to my colleague to see what we can do for you.

I didn't get rewards from TB. Didn't get from any special missions and from whole TB.
EA_MindTricks was checking my account and confirmed that I didn't get rewards from special missions but he has written

Meanwhile, you can go on participating in the current TB normally and we will figure something out in regards to the rewards.

But after all I didn't get anything from TB. We had 39 maybe 40 stars.

Maybe EA_MindTricks is investigating my case but he didnt answered from 6 hours.

@EA_HighCommand or @CG_MindTricks   have you already investigate my account and could you give back my rewards from TB? 

I am waiting more than 2 weeks.
And its 18 days when You told me in private message "we will figure something out in regards to the rewards."

Could You just give rewards just as easy as you made it last time to everyone when TB was canceled or when some errors occured and everyone got 500 event guild tokens and crystals?
