Thank you for responding. I unfortunately have tried all of those steps except the logging out of the game. I don't have that function anywhere in the game to log out. I have also spoke with EA help support and they told me to contact the developer in-game. I have used the help option under settings to contact them, but I have yet to hear back yet.
