Not all Lightspeed bundles available

I don’t have the Supreme Leader, Finalizer or Luke Skywalker Lightspeed bundles available. I’ll gladly give you money. Why aren’t all Lightspeed bundles available to me? I’ve tried in game (iPad) and web store. Thanks
