Not getting Ki Adi Mundi from his LSB

As the title said, and this is the 2nd time something like this happened to me (first being LV LSB error 6 months ago), a few days ago I saw KAM was up for grabs in the webstore and used 30 AUD to get him, but when I logged on, I still did not get him, despite buying the Tusken LSB immediately after his and getting them. I tried restore purchase twice and it still didn't work.

Since last time it happened with LV it was fixed pretty quickly, so I don't panic as much. I'd appreciate though if CG and the team could get this fixed asap. Thank you.
