Not received raid-reward

Summarize your bug I have not received the rewards for my guilds latest raid
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start attacking the raid right before it ends. Pause the game. Let the raid end, then finish your attack.

I have not received the rewards for my guilds latest krayt dragon raid (first chest) 

An hour before the raid ended i started attacking. Due to real-life i had to pause the game. I unpaused and finished attacking an hour later, but the raid had finished. Ok, so my personal rewards will not be registered, but i still get the same rewards as the rest of the guild. 

However! When the "reward-mail" came, i instead got a message saying i was ineligable for the reward due to multiple raids. 

So there is obviously something wrong here, because its not possible in the game to do multiple raids. 

I talked to the ingame help, but they keep repeating that i already claimed the reward, which is wrong. I have received no rewards. 

Please help with the issue
