Not receiving items from redeem codes

I redeemed codes in the website didn’t receive them spent hours talking to support trying to get the items. I spent longer talking to support than I’ve played the game today. So if anyone else is having the issue don’t worry they are handling it. Just tell support that you didn’t receive the items and they should update the game soon to have it fixed they also said they don’t have the tools to directly give the items that the developers have to do that so don’t expect your items in a speedy manor.
