Not receiving title after completing a set of character reqs for GL

It’s such a small thing but when I completed reqs for set 3 of the characters for JML, I didn’t receive the Sage title. Idk if it’s because I didn’t have the JML quest selected in journey guides at the time but if I complete the quest, surely I get the reward right? It’s such a small thing but just because I don’t have the quest specifically selected at that moment, shouldn’t mean I shouldn’t receive the rewards. Please fix your game CG!
