Not seeing shard bundles

Hi guys,

I live in Germany and have the following problem:

I don't see the 8000 shard currency random 330 bundle. I can't see the normal shard bundles. I can't see the era bundles. Only the 30 shard 30€ packs for era.

At first I thought, maybe Germany got anti lootbox ruling, but my wife has all the packs in the shop.

Plz tell me what's going on :D.

Got it fixed by support. The creation country of my account was set to Belgium. I lived next to the border in Germany. Must have gotten a Belgium IP.
Of someone else has this problem, you gotta contact support or EA_"alias"-Forum Member to get it fixed.

Same for me, can't see the special May trove pack, tried pc version, webstore, and android for the past 2 days now
