Not seeing shard bundles

Hello guys!

I'm from Brazil, Ally code: 699-418-728, we are having a problem with a new law to protect minors in the internet, we don't see the 8000 shard currency pack, the normal and the era character shards bundles, as well as the daily free box in the Webstore. We need a form to verify our age and to get our shops reset to the default configuration. I have a credit card on my name, which is not allowed to minors in Brazil, registered on the EA App so it probably can be used to atest my age.
